Shipping Information

Delays due to COVID-19, during promotional periods, and public holidays:

Please allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched during promotional and public holidays periods. When you place an order, you will receive a notification via email that your package has been shipped and we will provide you with the tracking details.

Please note, that due to the rise of COVID-19 cases there may be a delay in shipping, which is out of the company’s control.

Online orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will not be shipped until the following weekday.

Standard shipping (2-3 days)



·      All Standard orders are shipped with Australia Post eParcel.

·      Order placed before 1pm on weekdays will be shipped on the same day (AEST).



Complimentary when you spend over $150

Express shipping (1-2 days)



·      All Express orders are shipped with Australia Post Express.

·      Order placed before 1pm on weekdays will be shipped on the same day (AEST).


·      FREE for orders over $400

·      $12.00 if under $400

Click & Collect


Pick up in-store at any of our ALLURE boutiques

·      Pick up your order for free in-store at any of our ALLURE boutiques (link ‘ALLURE boutiques to the find a store page’)

·      If any items in your order are eligible for a Click & Collect, it will be displayed upon check out.

·      Orders placed before 1pm are eligible for same day pick-up, unless specified otherwise.

·      Orders placed after 1pm, are only eligible to picked up the next business day.

·      You will be contacted via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.




International Shipping

Duties & Taxes:

 When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

 Australia’s GST of 10% is included in the price of all ALLURE items.

 ALLURE cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may occur upon orders reaching their destination. These fees will remain the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that you contact your local customs office for further information.

 Delivery dates provided by ALLURE are an estimate date only, and ALLURE is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners and services.
